<P>I just want to let you know that there are <I>some (</I>probably <I>many)</I>
who appreciate&nbsp; <U>both</U> your advice and what we pay for it.
<P>Just perhaps, your most recent thought : <BR>" <I>I'm going to bed ...&nbsp;
Too easy to make a mistake."&nbsp; </I>may be the most universally applicable
and tried and true of any thought we have read.&nbsp; Personally, I could often
insert simply "tired" instead of "pain" that afflicts you this time.

Hope you feel better! Suggest bottled spring water, and really drink a lot!!
Remember there's a lot of sugar in them there Gatorade!
Maybe Pediolite (replacement electrolyte for kids) has less high fructose corn
syrup?
Wishing you the best! Wayne
