Re: adding company name to 6000 tic

1. Create SYM file ( DL, page 42) in format :
          <name>,<ticker>

2. Open all of your securities as NEW securities in a NEW folder.
    Make shure, that the First Date is BEFORE the start of security's
data
    in your old folder.

3. Use CONVERT:

   Source:
       File Type  -  MetaStock
       Folder  -  your old folder (where your securities without names
are).
                        Use BROWSE to open this folder and mark all of
them.

   Destination:
       File Type  -  MetaStock
       Folder  -  the NEW folder

   Check the Options for right settings.

   Press OK.

All your securities will be copied to the NEW folder with names.
