<P><FONT size=2> Not a bad week as my portfolio gained a
little. I guess we shouldn't complain as long as we are gaining
<G>. As you know, I was stopped out of CMED for a good profit
on Wednesday, so I do have cash. Looking at the market indices it
looks like clear sailing since all of them are either at or near their all
time highs and are about in the middle of their Intermediate Term Up Trend
Channels (ITUTC). Like I said before, everything almost looks too
good and I keep looking over my shoulder waiting for that other shoe to
drop <G>. However, I will follow my system and try to open
another long position. This week my pick is FirstService Corp
(FSRV). It provides services directly and through franchisees to
both residential and commercial customers, including security services,
community association management, and lawn care. It also provides
student loan, credit card application, and health claims processing and
fulfillment services.<BR> FSRV at 14 5/8 is in a
Short Term Down Trend Channel (STDTC) and an ITUTC. The top of the
ITUTC is at 17 5/8 and the bottom is at 14 1/4. The top of the STDTC
is at 15 1/4. It has bounced off the bottom of the ITUTC twice in
the last month and three times altogether, so it is a well defined
ITUTC. However to play it safe, I'm going to demand that it break
out of the STDTC before I enter. It has been in a consistent up
trend for several years now and set an all time high of 17 1/4 on 06/04/99
which set the top of the ITUTC. It then fell back to the bottom of
the ITUTC at 14 on 06/11/99, rose to mid-channel and then fell back again
to Friday's close. In other words, it's very volatile, but does
consistently move up. That's the kind I like <G>. The
Tema PV Binary Wave is positive, but flat. The Tema StochRSI is
barely negative, but falling. That indicates that more down movement
is expected, so that's why I'm going to play this one cautious and make
sure it turns up before entering. The fundamentals are good with the
price/sales at 0.46, P/E at 15.5, Debt/Equity a little high at 1.38, but
annual revenue growth at 104% and annual EPS growth at 90% have been
phenomenal. I'm going to enter a day buy stop just above the top of
the STDTC at 14 3/8. If I don't get the position, I'll keep entering
new orders just above the top of the STDTC as long as the stock doesn't
close below the bottom of the ITUTC. If it does close below the
bottom of the ITUTC, I'll look for another candidate. If I do get
the position I'll set my stop just below the bottom of the ITUTC at 13
3/4. Since the stock is close to its all time high and the ITUTC
isn't very wide, I won't set any target.</FONT></P>

Equis sells a product on their web site called "Autorun for Windows". I
would be interested in hearing what users of this product have experienced.
I am primarily interested in using it to run multiple system tests and copy
the results as they are generated to a spread sheet.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
