For non-US resident:

- Like most of the financial institution, you will have to fill out a W-8
form.

- You may want to check Datek: http://www.datek.com/helpdesk/intercust.html

- You will probably want to open a Canadian Bank account working with US
currency to make easier fund transfer (I know Bank Of Montreal offer that).

I did saved myself some trouble and I did moved recently in the USA :->
