If your talking about Prophet data service, it was terrible for my
stock quotes. You can expect 3-4 days a month where the service
took all night to download stock data. I don't have any experience
with futures data.

If your looking for stock data, I'd highly recommend Quotes Plus at
www.qp2.com. Fast, efficient downloads. I get all 10,000 stocks
downloaded and updated in my database in less than 10 minutes a
night.
