Has anyone heard about this?

Years of research by Terry have led him to a theory that explains or
partially explains market tops and bottoms and recently to the
conclusion that something important will happen in the market around
April 14 1999.
I have read about half of the 75 page web site and I interpret this to
mean a market top followed by a quick elevator ride down (speed and
distance unknown).
(Maybe the top was today and the 14th will be the bottom?)
Does anyone have an opinion on this way or the other.
It looks like he has done enough research to substantiate his findings.
The more you read his material the more convincing the argument(s)
become.
I am really wondering what will happen.
