Walter,
There was a FREE program MSQuote v1.0 previously available from the
FIBBS website. The name has now changed to MSQuoteManager v1.01,
is still available for FREE and can be downloaded from
http://www.quoteweb.com/fibbs/help.htm
(click the "Download" link at the top-left of the page).
Note that there are more programs listed, so get directly to
the MSQuoteManager section. See also the GIF further down below.
See the attached mail for the (a bit older MSQuote v1.0) program description
and instructions, as the details haven't changed much, eg a bug was fixed
(program worked in Win95 a+b and not always in Win95 c + Win98).
Ticker can be found at the address given in the GIF and all you need then is to
get some sort of further automation into this, eg starting up the program to type
the tickers, to collect prices, to shut down, and to start up the Downloader
to Convert the auto saved prn-files and you're up and running in no-time.
