Not on CandleVolume charts, but Richard Arms of the Arms Index fame
wrote the book on EquiVolume Plotting back in the 60s. I'm not sure of the
title, but look his name up in the library. If you can't find it, yell and
I'll dig mine out and verify what the real title is <G>. The theory behind
EquiVolume and CandleVolume is that box width is a function of volume. That
always made a lot of intuitive sense to me.
