Hi there,
I have run the update patch, and it completed successfully.
I have a couple of machines networked, and I keep my data files on
both the local C and D drives and a Networked drive on another
machine.
Everything was working fine, but for some reason, when ever I try
and open a file on my LOCAL drives, Metastock or the Downloader
bombs out. (Whichever I am trying to use).
I can open files on the local drives from the File menu - picking the
last files that I had opened. But choosing File, Open, and selecting a
local drive, causes the program to crash immediately
It worked OK for a few days, but no more. I suspect some
initialisation file is storing incorrect info.
Your help would be appreciated
