Thanks for the message.  Another member of the group downloaded the missing
file and I copied it over and MS came right up.  I just hope it's working
correctly. :)

Hello Guy,
 Not sure this will fix your problem, but I had a similar warning ........
the fix for
my problem was to do a FULL reinstall from the 6.5 CD; my previous install
from the CD did not include all of the "Multimedia" stuff.  If memory serves
me,
the file in question didn't have anything to do with "multimedia".
