AOL has advised that a program like Wincode is needed to decode mime files.
You can download a copy from AOL's file archive. At keyword FILESEARCH, choose
the SHAREWARE option and search on the word "wincode".

However, wincode while functional has a procedure that is klutzy. First you
have to change the extension *.mim to *.mme before wincode will convert it.

I prefer a program like Windows Commander which converts directly without any
extension change.

No matter which one you use, always move the downloaded file to an empty
folder before decoding so you can see what the new info is and also so as not
to lose it amongst other files in your download directory (folder).

Good luck,
