FWIW, this program seriously crashed my system, taking about 30
minutes trying to resolve the issues (6 reboots, manual deleting of
the files, and editing of win.ini was required).
Exception 0D in VXD SystemH(01), the system got in a loop, crashing at
each boot up.
My system is a Pentium Pro with a Matrox Millenium card. I think the
problem was with the video "tweak". Power Tweak tried to force a
feature that crashed the video card.
Beware....
