System here went Positive on Thursday for the DJTRANSP,
still is Positive for the SP500, DJESTOXX50, DAX and
is still Negative for the AEX, DJINDU, DJUTIL.

Signals "Pos/Neg" do not imply a fall or rise, but is best described
as Current Strength. Signals are also slightly lagging/delaying the
True Signal Change Day, eg the day the signal changes direction
(4-7 days to Guy's system).
