<br>Not entirely certain I understand your problem, but I notice the objectionable
ads with Portfolio view but only just after updating the stock prices from
the Quicken site. (Portfolio View|Update Prices|Get online quotes only)
The only way I have found to get rid of it is to quit portfolio view after
the download, then re-initiating portfolio view which comes back without
the ads, but with the prices just downloaded..
<p>Also, under Edit|options|internet connection -- uncheck the last box
"Update Quicken 98" to see if that makes an improvement.
<p>As far as getting email or any other support from Quicken is concerned
