What I want to know is:

        1) How long did it take for your system to receive the ZIP file.

       Download Time =  20 seconds


        2) How long did it take for you to unzip (WINUNZIP) the file.
       WINUNZIP Time = 5 seconds


        3) Can the MS downloader make/create the "new" securities.
YES



        4) If so, How long did the creation cycle take.
              Creation Time = 22 minutes
              =========
          Total Time =  less than 23 minutes
              =========

        5) Your computer stats, (CPU, CPU speed, modem speed, disk size)

 (Intel Pentium - 133 Mhz - RAM 64 K - 33 Kbps connection - 2+2 Gb SCSI)
