Hans and List,

I finally got my download Saturday around noon CST after being unable since
Wednesday. So now I can spend my weekend working on the charts. But...

Friday they send me a bill saying my contract is up at the end of this
month. Only trouble is I payed for a years worth of data in late March of
last year. Reuters years last only 10 months?

Actually I've figured out the reasons for all of our problems. Either a:
they shut down the data servers to speed up the billing servers to get more
money faster, or b: They charge double time for trying to connect on ID 800
days. :-)

Well, I just spent a bunch of time typing up an e-mail explaining the
situation in detail. Hope they get it and get back to me to clear it all
up. But...

A few minutes ago I got this message from their e-mail server: Deferred:
Connection refused by mailman.equis.com.
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours.

Well, it's a comfort to know that if neither data or e-mail make it thru,
come hell or high water the bills always make it to their destination, even
if they are 2 months early.

I guess I'll be doing some phone time Monday,

Oh yeah, I did type in the address correctly.
