Same problem here.  Unfortunately, there are times when I'm out of town and
have to download over a long distance line.  Tonight, 3 tries w/o success.
Each time, around 13 minutes online.

What do you think, can I bill those long distance minutes back to Reuters?
(Obviously a rhetorical question.)
