MS6.52 - The Mother of all Patches Needs Patching Most Urgently

MORE PROBLEMS:

The build-up of the screen, eg refreshing of the screen by the video-card, when
scrolling or changing/adjusting any of the Drawing Tools(eg lines), has become
very "stiff"(blocky).

-lines changes will only be correctly CLEANED-UP displayed when scrolling far
  to the right/left at first, so far as that the adjusted line is not visable any more, and
  then returning to the line, to the have the line being displayed again
-whilst scrolling to the right or left, smooth bars/lines/text from indicators/grids/axis
   do not join up, eg takes more seconds to build the screen up to what it is
   supposebly has to display
All of this wasn't so before applying the patch.
Does this mean that 'older', formerly VERY VERY WELL operating v-cards, have
now become more or less useless?
