Metastock doesn't have international versions in any other 'local' language
version other then the English(US) we all have.

Microsoft does have these internationaly available 'local' versions(other
then US-English), but as they are also not at all responsible for any other
programs' internal Help files when these programs(MS6.x) make use of
the Win95/98 environment, these missing Help files should have come
along with these "Win95/98-compatable" programs(MS6.x) and ought
to have been delivered on the CdRom(s) from Equis.
