Unless you needed to convert files over to the new Euro OR you use Reuters
as your data supplier, the documentation said to NOT replace you current
version of Downloader.
If you just wanted to convert to Euro, then you were supposed to install the
6.52 Downloader in a new directory, run your conversion and then keep using
your old Downloader.
