QP2 Download Problems on 10/23 & 24 ?

Just wanted to check to see if anyone else is having problems
downloading from Quotes Plus this weekend.  I just upgraded to Netscape
to v4.5 and Prodigy to v4.0 so I'm not positive that it is a Quotes Plus
problem.  My download attempt starts slow and gets progressively slower
until the connection is dropped and I get a message that says the QP2
Internet Downloader can't connect to www.qp2.com.  As part of my
attempts to determine the problem, I found myself trying to download the
latest copy of QP2.  This download sets new standards in slow,
0.1K/sec.  Downloads form other sites are not exhibiting this problem
since the downloads proceeded at 2.6K/sec.
