Al and all,

he is attempting to move programs to another computer.  For your situation
Drive Copy or Drive Image from Powerquest is acceptable and will work fine.
When switching computers its not than simple.  A simple xcopy as the
previous poster suggested is frought with limitations and won't necessarily
work.  There is no guaranteed way to do what he wants to do...
