Let me add my two cents to this discussion for whatever it is worth. I find
the Dow Jones Industrials to be caught between 7500 and 8750. However, they
seem to be failing even to get above 8125 which by itself is a resistance
level. And if they make that, the Dow must close above 8437.5 for at least 4
days in a row before it can make a run at 8750 - a very strong resistance
level. Chart is attached.
