A second look at this excludes the "symbols pallette" from this problem.
The problem arises when an Expert Editor with a NW symbol is attached to a
chart.
The NW arrow is offset one day to the left. (This can be identified by placing
the NW arrow above a plot and any other symbol below the plot. Also this can
be identified by the NWarrow is not being centered in the display box in the
"Expert Editor/Expert Symbol Editor/Graphic" dialog.
The second thing I am questioning is the titles (NE,NW,SE,SW) East & West seem
to be reversed.
