QP2 - Answers and Questions

I have come to find out some things about QP2 that I would like to share with
those of you who, like myself, were unaware of how QP handles stock splits and
mutual fund distributions.

Recently I posted a question about how QP2 handles mutual fund dividend
distributions. That is, when the NAV price of the fund falls after the fund
makes a dividend or capital gain distribution, must the price of the fund
supplied by QP2 be adjusted to reflect those two offsetting changes. The
answer that I received from Janene at QP2 technical support is as follows:

"Leo,
The mutual funds are adjusted for the distributions just as the stocks are
for splits. If you would like to look at the raw data, press CRTL ALT R and
this will show a graph of the raw data without the adjustments. If you have
more questions, let me know.

That's good to know because it appears that manual adjustments to the data won't
be required. However, I searched through the QP documentation but could not
find mention of the this "CTRL ALT R" facility, and I would like to ask if
anyone knows where it is described? Also, are their other similar key-strokes
that I might be missing?

One more questions of QP2 users: How can I cause the chart program to show a
stock other that Boeing on initial start up?

Appreciate your help,

Leo
