Quotes Plus ver 2.0 IS an UNFINISHED product. Why, the all important
virtual interface is in beta testing stage. It has some incompatibilities
with other programs such as Norton Util. 2.0. They offer the virtual
interface file for download if you insist on running it but you need
to download another program so that it will work properly. They ask
you to download qp2.exe from their website. If you follow their
instructions, the qp2.exe file is unavailable for download currently
at their website. Would you consider a product with some of it's
component in beta testing stage, finish? Is the sky blue? With regards
to the speed of download, maybe some of you guys have a faster ISP
than mine, or maybe I'm located at the other side of the globe.
Beta testing stage? Finished product? Rip-off?

QP v2 is NOT an unfinished product. What is going on is that it is
continually improved, and the user can update freely. It is fine as it is,
better than v 1.0, and an excellent product. It is not a fully integrated
windows style program, although it is windows. It's utility is proven.
Check out the comments on Silicon Investor. Richard Estes of this list will
also say similar.
