Put the securities files in several directories under one directory and set
MS downloader to run accorss the sub directories. Do it everyday.

Subject:	command-line ascii->metastock converter?

Does there exist a utility which can convert an ascii file into the
metastock
format (a la the Downloader's "Tools|Convert..." menu option), but can be
done
in batch?

I'm getting ascii end of day data, and am scanning WELL over 2000 symbols,
so
I need multiple directories. Currently, I have to run downloader and
convert
each directory's worth of symbols 1 at a time, which is not really that
difficult at the moment, but will soon be a colossal pain in the ass, as I
plan to increase the number of symbols I'm scanning. And testing some
systems
on futures as well.

Any ideas?
