those folders can be chosen with the Select Securities dialog. This
dialog is accessed by choosing Securities from the Exploration
            Editor dialog. If the Always
Prompt for Securities option is
checked (see Explorer Options), the Select Securities dialog
appears each time
            you start an exploration.
If no securities have been specified
for an exploration, The Explorer displays the Select
Securities
dialog automatically, prompting you to make your selections.
The
Select Securities dialog is divided into two sections. The list on
the left is a tree that you
use to select the data folders to
explore. The list on the right shows the folders/securities that
have been selected.
Add. You use this button to
move the selected folder from the tree to the Folders list. All
securities and folders appearing in the Selected list will
remain with the exploration until they
are removed from the
            list.
If there is a prolonged delay after clicking the Add
button, it probably means that the folder
you are adding
contains a large number of securities (1,000 or more). You may want
            to
reduce the number of securities in the folder. Although a
folder can hold up to 2,000
securities, anything over 1,000 may
            result in poor performance.
Remove. You use
the Remove button to remove the selected folders from the Folders

list by clicking on the tabs at the
top of the list.
By

            on checkbox next to the
security's name to toggle between
selecting and deselecting the security. A checkmark next to
the

Has anyone figured out how to
1) get free end-of-day data from the net;
2) import that ASCII file into Excel;
3) manipulate the data in Excel to produce a file,
4) which Downloader can use to update MSPRO?

   1) and 2) should be quite easy; but 3) and 4) could be tough.
