Some of the reported problems I've seen are from those users who try to
upgrade from 'Win 3.1x directly to Win98. Most report upgrading to Win98
from 'Win95 as being fairly easy.
The August 98 issue of PC Magazine has a ton of information regarding
upgrading as well as Win 98 tricks.
