I learnt the hard way, as most of us probably have, over a period of ten
years.

Since then, I seek out individuals once a year and give them weekend
education on everything from money markets to mutual funds to futures to
stocks.

No bonds or options.

After this I work with them via email about twice a week.

On occasions we meet for another group discussion of either one on one or
perhaps two to three on one.

They must promise me to PAPER TRADE with the REAL AMOUNT of money that they
would have to trade with for a period of ONE YEAR or I will not begin with
them.

After this, I help them open their account and continue to support their
efforts.

They must also promise NOT to try to teach ANYBODY else for at least a
period of TWO years of actual market trading.

To date - I have 31 traders do very well and slowly sharing their knowledge.

Some are still on paper as this is on-going and I just started three fellows
this past winter.

I only have two ladies trading, both in the market at this point, and they
are the BEST of the bunch as they are far more disciplined than the fellows.

Nothing sexist here - just FACT !

We trade technicals and use MetaStock for our mechanical entries.

The exits can not be calculated by MS as we can not capture our entry price;
something that I have been bugging Equis about since day one.

I have used several other trading software packages and some were
ridiculously expensive.

We trade solely on the close.

I use to trade futures and wished that I could get a "sell on the close"
stop in the stock market as well.

All of this training and support is completely FREE and WITHOUT obligation
other than to keep the two promises previously stated above.

I do offer a service for those that have their own accounts and trade their
own monies.

This is on a small monthly fee and provides them with live signals for buys
and sells on stocks that satisfy my trading system.

Those that live close enough to me that I can seek them out and train
hem - no charge.

I have not had anybody quit trading after completing the one year paper
trading program with me.
