Given this, what's your TA on Compaq (CPQ)?  I'd like to be sure I am 
understanding you properly and I think CPQ now qualifies (as of today's 
action) but would appreciate your expert opinion.  I am studying stocks 
that have a Bollinger contraction of at least 35% (as computed by a 200 
SMA of the spread).

Also, what experience or TA has led you to the approximation of the 
length in movement?
