Colonial (Australian stock)
This is the first time I come across this situation,
Share price $5.10-5.30 Trending up
Colonial declares a right issue at $4.90, with in days stock drops to
$4.50
and founds support at $4.75-4.80.
There is rumours of a take over. Can this happen during right issue??
A Take over would normaly increase price???
In this situation what is the risk to stay in or get out??
