Not all securities at once, no. Not to my knowledge. We are "punished" to do these
boring sessions one-by-one or like you mentioned, to get a separate "auto-act"-program.
Noticed that you are fortunate to understand "macroing".
Lots of other users are not (like me included at first).
Equis maintains a suggestions-list
suggestions@xxxxxxxxx
to wich yours(Shane) and Paul's , very helpfull problem-explaining + solutioning
for the "automation of multi-tasks when in one of their programs" shoul be send to.
More of these "requests" sent to their suggestion-list, must make Equis and its
progammers/developers then realise that, unlike Excel, being part of Office97,
Metastock and its 'sub' the Downloader and 'sub-subs' the Explorer and all other
'sub-subs' , are far from MSOffice97 compatible.
One of the outstanding "being compatible" features is OLE-linking and one of
the finest Office97 features, f.i. in Excel, is its use of formulas AND macro abillities.
The first is only partly present(compatible) and second is NOT at all present(macro)
in Metastock (programs + its family of "subs").
If you don't have your mentioned macro-support any more, then Macro Scheduler,
a program previously explained in full detail on the List by John Smart & other Listers,
is the right tool for your "auto-multi-adjusting"-job(s).
The DL online-help's "search by word"-function explains your basic "volume adjust"
problem for the full 100%. Get it to search for "Manual".
Perhaps in future Metastock/Downloader versions we can get it to search for "Macro",
and have this 100% explained too, making it the unevitible Meatastock, the program
for TACharting, as presently Windows is for Computing and Office is
for AdminPublishing.

Ton Maas.

Ps. "2000+ stocks of the ASX market"
Aussie exchange is en-RICHed to have so many, and from some information on CIH,
China Construction Holdings Ltd., know they have some "Red-china-stocks" listed,
besides the swimming wealth of an endless variaty in Natural Resources "related".
Lotst of the "Australia focused" Funds where de-listed here, a couple of years ago.
A waste that it has to happen, meaning too that less(er) is known about yours and
the regions' developing(ments).
Perhaps you guys can inform a little, as to which co's are the better growth stock
(ANZ-Quantas-BHP to mention a few better knowns).
And too, will there be an Asian dollar one day, and if so, are AUS+NZ to join?
Are AUS+NZ part of any specific ASEAN-index or other regional Index(es) for us
"uptoppers" to follow? Are these published on the Net or elswhere?
Thanks for any info you are able to send in the 'far' future.
