TC2000 ver 4.0 and Quotes Plus 2.0 provide them for two. I download 17000+
symbols in less than 2 minutes and unzipped and  convert them in less than 3
mins using quotes plus. Neither provide futures or Canadian at present. Only
listed stocks and mutual funds.
