Dean,
     You can do that with the current version of MetaStock.  I do it
by adding intersecting horizontal and vertical lines at my entry and
exit points.  I color them Dk Red and set the style at dashed.  Then I
enter text describing the trade by clicking on the Text box.  The
smart chart feature, if selected in your setup, will cause the chart
to come up with that info on it every time until you delete it.
