More "real world" entry/exit techniques in system tester, which needs a
lot of work to reflect actual trading.
Here is one example:
Buy tomorrow at 1/8 point above high of today's bar, Limit 1/2.
If the next bar range is higher than today's high by 1/8, the program
knows you're in the trade. If the market gapped and the range low of the
next day is higher than 1/2 point of today's high, the program knows
you're not in the trade. It would track it accordingly.
