When starting the downloading procedure, the user should have the
possibility to launch a new security list (or access the security lists
menu) from the start instead of automatically being set to download the
previous list selection (before being able to make a different selection.)
In 6.5, it is only at this time that the user has the choice to choose from
the security lists menu.
Since twice a week I update a full database of stocks contained in :D:\IRL
Database but, every night, I also update a smaller group of stocks located
in C:\EQUIS\DATA\... I think this would be an improvement to save time.
