There is an article in IBD about the possibility that chip prices could
go lower and investment in Korean chip plants may slow. From the article
to me I read that they really don't know what will happen. Now true it
doesn't matter what will really happen but what matters is what are
investors expectations up to the point of knowing.
I think the Semi-conductor sector is a prime example. They ran them up
and then have now started giving warnings. Merrill Lynch warned of
sagging prices in chips the is an article in Barrons on MU this weekend.
So my suggestion is to pay attention to how far along SVGI is in the
expectations department.
