Krausz Multiple time frame

Is there somebody in the list that has been able to get the metastock
formula to plot the "Fixed balance point steps" as well as the "Dynamic
balance point steps" as described in Nov96 issue of TASC magazine by Robert
Krausz article?
I have been able to define  the weekly balance point (useful for daily bar
chart frame) but I am not able to get a formula that allow to plot the Fixed
and Dynamic balance point steps. Which formula  (if available in metastock
package) it is necessary to use in order to get them?

Any help would be greately appreciated.
