This is a bit early to tell, but this might be the bottom. The other day
we had Up/down volume ratio of 6 to 1 (buyers to sellers) currently we
are about 9 to 1 buyers to sellers and it is about 10:30 am central
time. 10 to 1 at 11:10 am.
If through this and the next week we keep up this pace ( there will be
some lower ratio days in there of course ) and of course the other
indicators look good then the market might be moving up with confidence.
