I contacted support on Dec 12, got a ticket number as reply. No word since then. I have not tried to contact a second time since I am running Win 7 and I have read on this board some things are being worked on in this area.

On three separate occasions in the last 2 weeks I have attempted to reach the support@xxxxxxxxxx com but have not received an actual response. I receive the following message:

I also receive the following message 26 times!
