Ara,
When I went to beta 5.27 it blew out my database. I contacted support and was told If I didn't make a backup "tough luck" you'll have to build a new one. The change (as I recall started with 5.27) I hope this isn't your problem. I reinstalled 5.20 and am running it with no problem. I don't know how this will be resolved with 5.30 ... does anybody know?
