[amibroker] Windows 7 , Virtualstore and copying to laptop

A recent post from Tomasz mentioned how he installs his programs in a separate partition, and as he knows what he's doing in this area I thought I would do the same.
I simply copied over the Amibroker folder and altered my shortcut to find it.  Not everything worked.  Some custom layouts were missing, and some of the AFL's from drag-drop were not being found.
The needed files for the stuff that didn't work are all sitting in the virtual store folder.
I am about to install Amibroker on a laptop so I can keep my trades open while on a holiday (just a quick EOD check - I know what holiday means).
The problem I anticipate is finding what files to copy.  ie right now Amibroker is picking up some formulas from C:\Amibroker\formulas, but others from users\myname\appdata\local\virtualstore\program Files (x86)\Amibroker\Formulas\Drag-Drop

I renamed VirtualStore Amibroker folder, and it just gets recreated, but its only writing some of the AFL's and layouts to it, so I'm at a loss to know how or what to copy.

Any help much appreciated.  Worst case - I'll do a full install and copy backup files as I'm sure that will work.
