It's taken a few hours before I figured out that the (d)com download will not work with the new R (at least for me). The following location will have the files that you need. I just download the "r and friends" file and got rid of the scilab and rexcel apps. This is over kill, but I wanted to know that the rscproxy was installed correctly. It looks like statconn(d)com is the name of the replacement program.
