[amibroker] Intraday timing of market movement

I saw this system (Intraday timing of market movement) from Walter Bressert in a Kaufman book
 
I have no idea of its value and think it's a big job to write it just for testing
 
Does somebody saw it or something similar in an amibroker system before ?
