After further investigation it turned out the information was displayed, just that it was out of sight in the bottom right hand corner of the dialog box - I can view the info if I expand the dialog box across the screen. With some assistance from AB support I (we) have determined that the probable cause is a somewhat dated video card. I hadn't originally considered this as a cause of the problem as none of my other applications, including 2 charting programs, have any display problems whatsoever.
