[amibroker] relative volume formula. is it right?

i want to calculate relative volume. ie if the market opens @9.30 and closes @ 4. it runs for 6.5 hours
i want to check the ma of volume relative to the time of check. so if i check the relative volume @ 10.30, it should be 20MA of volume *(hours laped so far/total hours in the day)

relativevolume=(((LastValue(TimeNum())-93000.00)/63000)) * LastValue(V,20);
WriteVal(relativevolume);

just want to make sure that my calculation is right. any critics. here is your oppurtunity.
