IQfeed provides continuous contracts (symbols @ES#, @YM#, etc.). If you dont need real time data, you can order only their Basic Service for $60 / month.
With 1 minute base time interval you can backfill around 2 years of history, though for Tick database they provide only around 2-4 weeks.
