[amibroker] When to use various AB support channels

Thank you for continuing to be active on this list.  

It is sometimes hard to determine which channel is the most appropriate for communicating various AmiBroker issues.  As you can tell, I am a frequent watcher and use the Feedback Center.  However, I also become frustrated at the way it gets, or does not get used.  Perhaps it would be helpful to better define how best to use the various communication channels in one place.  I can give it a try and then perhaps you and others will add to this list or correct me.  

The most common questions I see:

1.  How do I do this in AmiBroker?
2.  How do I do this in AFL?
3.  Why does my AFL program not work?
4.  Is this a bug in AmiBroker released version x.x?
5.  I am sure there is a bug in AmiBroker released version x.x.
6.  I am sure there is a bug in latest AmiBroker beta version x.xx.
7.  I love this new feature in latest AmiBroker beta version x.xx.
8.  I hate this new feature in latest AmiBroker beta version x.xx.
9.  It would be nice if AmiBroker had this new feature.
10.  I can't continue to use AmiBroker if it does not support this new feature soon.

7.  I love this new feature in latest AmiBroker beta version x.xx.
This forum/list is a good place to publicly praise Tomasz.

8.  I do not like this new feature in latest AmiBroker beta version x.xx.
This forum/list is a place to discuss timely feedback in a conversational mode between users.
Use official Support channel?
Should the Feedback Center be used for this?
New suggestions should definitely go to the Feedback Center, but should they be attached to an implemented suggestion or a new one?

9.  It would be nice if AmiBroker had this new feature.
This forum/list is a good place to get immediate feedback from other users about a rough concept idea before it is officially submitted.
The suggestion must be submitted to the Feedback Center for it to be considered by Tomasz.
Check for similar suggestions first and add comments or support to them instead of adding a new one.  This will increase the likelihood that the suggestion will be noticed and implemented sooner.
Announcing the suggestion number and a link on this list may invite more comments, since few actually monitor the Suggestions.

10.  I can't continue to use AmiBroker if it does not support this new feature soon.
This forum/list is a good place to get suggestions for alternative ways to solve a problem.
Custom AFL and DLL programs are possible if you are will ing to pay a programmer to do them.  Announce your interest to this forum/list.
Sometimes a solution can only come from Tomasz because it must be supported inside the AmiBroker program.  In this case the suggestion must be submitted to the Feedback Center for it to be considered by Tomasz.  


In addition, each time I contact support, I get an immediate automatic reply with answers to the most frequently ask questions --even before Marcin has a chance to respond to my particular question.  Obviously it does not make since to ask these same questions on this list.  That latest list of answers is:

Posting on the list creates huge mess as list is disconnected.
If you use feedback center then comments are connected to the issue you are commenting on,
if you use the list - it is just noise.
