[amibroker] Re: did you know DTNIQ rate increase

maybe Telvent is a bad influence. in 2007 year end, when dtn 
increaesd the rates, they notified us in advance. in 2008 year end, 
it is a surprise price increase. maybe Telvent has something to do 
with it.
